For the last year I have been using my daughters diaper bag as a purse. I think its about time to down size. We no longer need to pack 4 emergency explosion outfits, 8 diapers, wipes, bottles, 3 blankets… and you get the idea. This free crochet pattern for A Mothers Purse is very simple and the perfect size for your wallet, phone, keys, wipes, a of couple diapers and anything else that you might need while on the go.
Supplies:
Size 4.25 hook

Connect the strap/sides of the purse with a single crochet stitch. I made mine connect on the outside to show the stitching.Be sure to leave the loops you didnt sitch through in rows 31 and 34 of the purse bottom on the outside. When doing your SC, also SC across the top front of the purse to make it have a nice finished look.
Use the pictures to guide you when sewing on your button.
