He’s so cute!! Love the sweater!
What size is your pooch? How many pounds? What are the dimensions for this? Super cute, great job!
My dog is around 6 lbs. He wears a size small dog coat and sweater. I didn’t measure the piece though.
I know this is completely off subject, but do you happen to know what breed this dog is? He looks JUST like my furbaby and when I adopted him and they had two breeds on his paperwork but he doesn’t look like either of them, lol. Please get back to me. I really would love to know!
He is half Maltese and half Chihuahua 🙂
Omg. Thank you so much for responding! I’ve been trying for years to figure out what he is a mix of and now I know for sure! I am so happy! Love this pattern btw!
I made this and am very proud of myself, but it came out way small. It doesn’t look like yours very much either. I made it for my cat who is part main coon and I could barely get it over his head. He’s a little less than 15lbs. I don’t understand how you got that diagonal into your coat, I think I missed something, but I went through and can’t find anything wrong. I followed the pattern and failed. It just isn’t what is pictured.
Aw you have a main coon!!!? I used to have one… he was way bigger than my dog. My dog is about 6 lbs.
I see where I had made a comment with the wrong weight. I am sorry for that. You may be able to find one to fit at poshpoochdesigns.
Thanks, I’m designing my own. It’ll be his yuletide sweater. I hope this one fits him. He likes things to be a bit loose on him. I always forget just how large his head is too. The sweater I made from this pattern wouldn’t even fit over his head.
I love main coons! They are so large! The one we had I could barely pick him up because he would go limp and stretch almost as tall as me. Would love to see the sweater you come up with!
Sorry for bothering you but im confused on part 4. I don’t understand once I was done with that I had 40. Should I have 40 or only 37? Then it says on rows 10-19 I became confused because I thought I was suppose to only have 37 and its saying 40. Sorry for the confusion but please help!!!
I just went to follow this pattern last night.. and I am at a loss for words at how poorly this is written and designed. SO last night I wrote a new one that is much better and easier to follow. Please check it out. I am truly sorry for the confusion of this one. https://stitch11.memberhost.io/xs-dog-sweater/
Thank you for the updated pattern I got lost on row 8 of this pattern and for the life of me couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t figure it out. Gonna try your pattern now!
