The Perfect Flower – Free Crochet Pattern – Review

The Perfect Flower - Free Crochet Pattern - Review

The term “Nothing is what is seems” comes to mind when I made this flower. When I first looked at the photo, it reminded me of my beginner crochet days, when I would make multiple flowers, layer them, and attach them together with a button.
This flower does NOT do that!!!! No more wasting time making layers!!! This flower is quick, simple, unique, and ONE flower!

I was so curious as to how it was going to come together (I never read ahead on patterns.. I know, shame on me. 😉 ) So when I realized the back and front petals are done first, and then the middle layer of petals, I was pretty impressed and amazed!

Just came back from KatiD’s site and the way she put this flower together is unique. I’ve made flowers in layers where there is a base and layers made underneath. The way she added the white layer is simple and a great way to add color. btw like the button you used for this flower.

Just thought you’d like to know – it’s spelled p-e-t-a-l-s. Thanks for sharing your patterns!

Haha! I know this but my fingers still tend to spell it the other way. And sadly.. this isn’t the first post I have had to edit for that. :/
