Create a magic circle, sc 10 times into the center. Pull yarn tail to close the circle.
Round 1: Place 2 sc into each stitch around. Sl/st into the beginning ch, cut yarn but do not tie off (you will be using this loop to attach the tassel) – 20 sts
Tassel: Color B
Wrap yarn around your 4 fingers 10 times. Cut a piece of yarn that is twice the length as your tassels; put it through the loop at the top and tie a double knot. With the wrong side facing down on your circle, tie the string from the top of the tassel onto the loop from the sl/st. Pull the sl/st tight and weave through the back of the circle. Cut another piece of yarn and double knot at the top of your tassel making sure you include the strings that were tied onto the sl/st.
To attach the hook, use pliers to open up the ring and secure it in the top center of the earring.
