With step 3, you will be crocheting into the same stitches at step 1. Forming a SC OVER both Step one and two. Hope that helps <3

I am like themommie above..I don’t get the beak..are you continuing the 34 stitches from the back of the hat where it is joined(to top of chain)..but this means when I turn to sl st the 29 stitches I am going back over the orange I just crocheted but leaving 19 (yellow stitches) not crocheted in orange..and I don’t get the sc over etc….
Help please. I have been going to a brim pattern to do the duck hat and I want to use yours..plus I don’t like to give up on a pattern..thanks in advance for this pattern and your help…

I want to make some of your designs for our Christmas Mall at church in December. It is a venue for homeless and low-income families to come and “shop” for gifts for family from items our church family will be collecting all year. I am currently crocheting hats (goal is 100 by December) and want to include some of your designs.
However, I am unable to copy/print/download your patterns. Can you help me?

Sorry for the issues Pat. This is something I am working on. For now in order to get a copy you will have to print.. either by selecting CTRL P and then selecting “print options” to choose the pages to print. Or you will have to click the print icon at the bottom of the post. If the pin it option pops up, click the button on the left side to avoid the pin it. Let me know if you have anymore questions <3

I love this pattern but I am curious if you have it in 0-3 and 3-6 months. If so I would love it if you could please send it to me. It would help me out alot.

If I were to make those sizes for the duck hat. I would use this pattern http://stitch11.com/thechloe/ I would use acrylic (I love this yarn or Redheart with love) for 0-3 month size and Peaches and creme for 3-6 months :) Would love to see your finished work!
