With how popular these sock monkey hats are, I am tempted to start a mini sock monkey hat factory out of my kitchen 😉 This sock monkey hat is a free crochet pattern and is written for size 6 months. My guess is that is may fit 3-9 months.. but as you all know, heads come in many shapes and sizes. Gobble Gobble!! A free crochet pattern for a toddler turkey hat can put a smile on any ones face! I thought about how I would put this hat together for weeks and I am so pleased with how it turned out. I was thinking about making turkey legs with feet instead of the braids… but if you haven't noticed, I really like the braids. Haha! I hope you love this yarntastic pattern as much as I do!
For the last 6 months, I have been thinking about Halloween daily, trying to come up with the perfect crochet piece for my daughter. A couple days ago my daughter, Ella, looked at me and pointed at herself while saying “princess.” As I agree “Yes honey, you are a princess.” It dawned on me… the only costume that would be ideal for her this Halloween would have to be a princess. When thinking up this Toddler Shell Beanie pattern, I was planning on adding ear flaps, braids, and a flower. But I decided to leave it as a beanie because the shell stitch is so pretty on its own and with the way I changed colors, I didn't want it to be too busy. I may try this again sometime just using one or two colors.. and then adding the braids and flower.
This 0-3 month free pattern for a crochet bonnet is super easy and quick to work up. After posting pictures of the other bonnets I had made earlier this year in an online crochet group.. I decided to write out a pattern myself. Would love feedback on this and would love to see pics of your finished work!
How adorable would this newborn witch hat be as a photo prop or even as part of a little costume?? You could easily modify this for a baby boy by adding stars and making this a wizard hat. Here is a quick and simple pattern that I have been sitting on for about 3 months. Finally retested a few times and have everything perfected and simplified for you. This hat is adorable and very comfy! Add your favorite flower, stripes, or a simple band to spice the hat up a little.
When designing my Child Size Slouchy Hat, I had so much fun with the pattern and the hat turned out so beautiful, I knew I had to make one for me too. This free pattern is very easy to follow and its simply the perfect slouch hat!
This beautiful free hood crochet pattern is designed for toddlers. I couldn't get a picture of it on my daughter because she has a cold and is currently a snot face. But when she gets better I will be sure to post a picture on my facebook fanpage.
