My daughter is in love with her new Wicked Wizard Witches Hat! I designed this hat just for her, and she knew it! She barely let me even finish the hat before ripping it out of my hands. One of the best things about being a crochet hooker is that my daughter has been well trained to love hats! 😀 I am sharing this free crochet pattern, for a toddler size Witch/Wizard hat, with all of you <3 I hope you enjoy it as much as my daughter does.

With Halloween coming up my mind has been thinking up costume ideas. This is one of the simpler designs that I have been storing in my head. Luckily, after making the eye patch, both of my nieces said they wanted to be girl pirates. (But we all know how many times kids change their minds lol) This free crochet pattern is designed for a child but could easily be modified for a toddler or an adult.
I made this Newborn/Preemie, free crochet turtle photo prop for my beautiful nephew Hunter. He was born 10 weeks early weighing only 3 lbs. He is doing great! And so is the momma. When someone orders a special hat from me, I might as well make it a pattern to share with you. This Army Newsboy hat is size 0-3 months. It is really quick and simple to work up. I enjoy making these. With the simple change of colors, adding a stripe, a band with buttons, or a flower, you can create such a large variety of hats. I hope you enjoy making this cozy piece of wearable artwork as much as I do.

After popular demand I decided to write out a free pattern for this beautiful beach bag I designed for my mom. I tested this out when taking a trip to Altoona, PA. I was able to put 3 beach towels, diapers, wipes, sun screen, Tylenol, 3 changes of clothes for my daughter, a small blanket, and I still had more stretching room.
I was long over due for a new ~on the go~ make up bag. When designing this free pattern, I wanted to create something secure. I wanted to be able to throw my makeup bag into the back seat of the car without fearing my makeup would fly out all directions. With success, this bag is so strong, and secure. Its the perfect size for all your makeup tools for ladies on the go. I put all the items I use daily in it and I still had plenty room to spare.

After creating The Mighty Jungle I knew I would be making more. But like any yarnist, I always want to improve with each project I throw myself into. I knew I wanted to improve the mane on this pattern, along with a few minor tweaks to the features.
A few weeks ago my nieces were at my house visiting. It was a hot day so I decided to give them each a Popsicle as they were about to leave.
